Sarah Ruhl's adaptation of Virginia Woolf's 1928 novel Orlando is an exploation of gender, love, and sexuality. The title's protagonist learns about love and heatbreak over the course of four centuries, beginning as a man in 17th century and ending as a women in 20th century.
